The School is administered by a Council within the meaning of Article L713-9 of the Education Code and directed by a Director appointed by the Minister of Higher Education and Research. 

The current Director of the school is Pierre CHEVRIER, University Professor.

The School Council, whose President is Luc LAJOYE (Sté LBI), is composed of 28 members, including 16 elected members and 12 external personalities.

The ENIM has also set up 5 advisory bodies: 

- a Strategic Steering Committee (SSC) 

It is the privileged place for exchanges between the School's management and the industrial world, with the aim of helping the School in its projects and its development. 

The SSC is composed of 6 industrial partner representatives, 3 students from different years including a new entrant, 3 ENIM staff members representing the 3 colleges: professors and assimilated staff, other professors and assimilated staff and BIATSS staff.
